Hello I have my dad iPad he gave it to me. Someone activated the iPad for my dad and put is Apple ID account/email and now we don’t now the email and the password. So the iPad has the Activation Lock from that person . My dad said it was Joao rafael my uncle... but he doesn’t remember....
