Notes Security and Privacy

If I “lock” my notes are they end-to-end encrypted through icloud? Can Apple see my locked notes? Is my notes password stored on Apple’s server? I would like to journal using notes and want to make sure that they are completely private.

They should be.

Can Apple see my locked notes?

No.

Is my notes password stored on Apple’s server?

I believe that's stored on the device, not iCloud Keychain.
