Hi my niece gave me an iPad it is the third generation. I'm trying to download Facebook and it keeps telling me that I need iOS 10 or above but I have already done a software update. It says up to date but I cannot seem to download the Facebook app, does anybody know how I can upgrade this iPad so it allows me to download Facebook and YouTube etc. Thanks in advance.
An iPad 3 isn't capable of 10 or above. Try downloading the applications to a newer model first.
