iPhone XS screen issues

I am facing issues of screen being unresponsive to touch. This issue was neither after a physical damage nor after a water damage. After an update the phone suddenly started acting weird and then became unresponsive. I am using the same charger provided by Apple but still the phone is diagnosed with the above problem. This is not the first time that I am facing this issue, it was the same with my previous iPhone as well. It’s been just over an year and I am not able to claim the warranty as well. “How do I solve this issue? Is screen replacement the only option available? Can Apple help us out with some plan similar to that of iPhone X where even we get a solution for the above issue? Or is it time we shift to a different brand?“
