Can we renew the apple coverage even when its expired??

My coverage expired when my city just got out of lockdown due to Coronavirus. Also since i was not known to renovation of Apple coverage i had no idea about it.

Can i still renew my apple coverage since it has expired a month ago? The device is still in condition and has no damage.
