iCloud backup bugged
Hello, iCloud says I’m taking roughly 30 gigs of storage because of a 12 gb backup. The problem is that I have not made a backup with iCloud, and when I click on it there’s nothing to delete.

Update: I contacted the support, they said it was unusual and transferred the procedure to the engineers that erased the backups on iCloud. It took more time than expected (erasing a backup if agreed by the customer could be faster I guess) but eventually it solved the issue so all good.

The 30GB of storage being taken up is not from a backup but from other things like Photos and Documents. What's the next backup size? Go to Settings > Name > iCloud > Manage Storage > Backups > device > Next Backup Size?
Next backup size is 13,66 gb.
Anyway this is my “manage storage” section, apart from photos and this phantom backup other stuff is not taking even a gb
Do you remember turning on any apps to backup or what about iMessage or WhatsApp?
No, both are off.
If there was a way I would even erase all datas/reset iCloud (since 12 gb is like 25% of my plan)
Not sure why the discrepancy -- Get Support.
