Reminders Notifications Turning Off

I've noticed quite a few previous posts on this, however, in my case I have discovered that every time I reboot my Apple Watch, my iPhone Reminders notifications are turned off automatically. I have to turn them back on and restart my iPhone to make them stay on.

I have been unable to use the Reminders app on the Apple Watch as the same issue kept occurring. Each time a reminder notification popped up on the watch, I would check the iphone too, but there would be no notification and no badge.

I am using an iPhone 11 Pro iOS 13.7

Apple Watch 4, OS 6.2.8

Hello Nateb20,

It sounds like each time you reboot your Apple Watch your iPhone reminder notifications are turned off automatically making it so you need to manually turn them on and restart the paired iPhone each time this occurs. Please feel free to correct us if we have misunderstood.

  1. We always recommend keeping your device updated. As the most recent update was iOS 14 and watchOS 7, we recommend you take a look at the information in: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch as well as the information in: Update your Apple Watch.
  2. In the event this does not resolve your issue, please refer to: If your iCloud Contacts, Calendars, or Reminders won’t sync as well as the information in: Use Reminders on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

Please feel free to keep us updated on your progress.

Be well!
