Runner Safety Apple Watch App

I am looking for an app that works on the Apple Watch LTE model and is able to be independent of the iPhone. The app could be classified as a runner safety app where the user could be tracked by anyone of their contacts as they are off on their run. The person tracking the runner would be notified when they started their run and ended it. The most important part would be if something would happen to the runner durning their run, like hit by a car or had a medical emergency, the contact would be notified after a certain amount of time of no movement by the runner and let them know where they located. I would need this app to works on the Apple Watch with LTE so I don’t have to take my iPhone with me durning the run. Any ideas?

You can already set Emergency SOS and if you go down and don't get up within the time allotted it will contact 911 and whoever you designate as your emergency contact.

You can use the Find Friends app on the iPhone for anyone to track you will you are off on your run. You just have to set it up.

I don't no of any app that does alerts of start and end of run. You might suggest that to Apple -> https://www.apple.com/feedback/watch.html
