Can't play Steam game fullscreen

Somehow I can't play game on fullscreen. The game would only appear on the bottom left of my screen. Please help

Screen display fills entire page All of a sudden I can’t play my favorite game because when I click on the game’s icon on the desktop, it fills the whole page with the icon but doesn’t turn on the game I used to be able to play the game just by clicking the icon, now all I get is a big picture of the icon how do I go back to non-page filling apps, I want to play my game! I can’t find anything in settings that is called “display” that someone said controls this feature and can turn it back

Program is running, but not visible I have downloaded a game from Steam (Rome 2 Total War). When I launch the game, it runs. The program opens and initial steps begin. However, after it has "launched" I can hear the game music and see that the program is still open, but nothing is visible on my screen. When I click the game icon, I see the game mouse and hear the music as expected however no game is visible, only the regular desktop. I can even click away from the game, and click back to it: however still won't become visible. Any suggestions appreciated...

a work-around would be to skip Full-Screen, and stretch and drag the window until it occupies all but the MenuBar.

You appear to have attained Full-Screen (the menubar is gone) but the picture is too small.

Try using Use Command and Plus to enlarge, possibly more than once.

Command + Plus doesn't do anything :'(
