Just got a new iPhone 11 Pro Max and there are always two white short lines appeared on the lock screen’s top right corner, right across diagonally 4G and battery symbol.
got this appeared on my old iPhone 7 Plus occasionally, but it would disappear shortly.
this time the two lines are always there on the lock screen. Power off and on doesn’t help.
any suggestions?

The two slanted white lines you are seeing are on the background screen you are using. Pick a default background and you will see them disappear. The horizontal white line under the 4G is showing you where to slide down to open Control Center.
