Accidental deletion of Apple translate

The translate app is currently hidden from search.

go to AppStore, search for “Apple” and pick any Apple app. Scroll down to “More by Apple” and hit “See all”. It’s under “Built in apps”.

I followed the directions and found the app in the section of built in apps but I can’t use it
