Apple Intelligence is now available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac!
After updating to iOS 14 the structure of Siri hasn’t change yet and it is still covering the whole screen

Force reboot your device (Force reboot device - Apple Support)
Restart your device.
If it still doesn't change, please check your software version again under Settings-General-About, and see if there is an update available under Settings-General-Software Update.
Go to Settings>Accessibility>Siri and make sure “Type to Siri” is unchecked. I had this issue and doing this fixed it.
