Microsoft Designer Keyboard is not fully functional on iPadOS 14

I have a Microsoft Designer Keyboard and I have connected it to my iPad Pro 11 with iPadOS 14. It doesn't function like a normal bluetooth keyboard. When typing in a text field, it still shows the onscreen keyboard, and I can't Win+Tab between ipad apps.

If I use a Microsoft Surface Keyboard, it works as it is meant to - just the Designer Keyboard has a problem.

Does anyone else have this problem, and any ideas on how to fix it?

We understand from your post that you are unable to use a Microsoft Designer Keyboard with your iPad Pro 11-inch running iOS 14. From the specifications listed for the Microsoft Designer Keyboard it doesn't look like the keyboard is compatible with iOS 14 at this time. You may need to contact Microsoft Support for additional assistance.
