How do I update Rosetta stone version 3 app to run on MacBook pro mac OS Catalina Version 10.15.6?

i tried to find out about getting v.3 to run on catalina. the response i received from them was this: (screen grab of the email from them)

so, even though i bought a "Lifetime" v.3 from them, they want me to buy the new version. some "lifetime" ,eh?. i didn't die so they should have given me the new one FREE. no such luck. i wanted to use the covid downtime to finally use it, and it was useless. maybe contact them and see if you have better luck than i did.

Go to Rosetta Stone's website for upgrades on their products. If they have a version compatible with Catalina, then you can upgrade from their site.
