Not getting 4G network after iOS14 update

Having the same issue on my IPhone 11 Pro .... in Belgium .... and in data-roaming ..... with IOS 14 my network is detected as 3G or 4 G .... but no data-flow - Safari or other requests give error message “not connected to internet” ...
Yes, got the update and my 4g network has gone right away. Phone iphone11. From Turkey.
Replaced SIM card , 4G issue resolved.
