I currently have 2.8 gb of free space but other than that I have no significant apps on my watch. How do I clean the storage so I can update watchOS 7 ? What does take 2 gb of space ?

I read somewhere in this topic that somebody suggested "force restart". I held down 2 buttons at the same time to do it. When it restarted I had 3.2 gb free space. I think it cleared the cache. Now I'm downloading the update. Anyone who has this problem can try it I guess.
