I can't find iTunes in my MacBook and I couldn't download it. how I'm supposed to to backup my phone?

If you are running the newest OS (Catalina), the iTunes app has been replaced by the Music app. But you can still back up your phone, either by the cloud or by connecting to the computer. Follow the steps in here:
