Apple store and iTunes disabled

So, I’m trying to update some of my apps and as soon as I tap the update button on my iPhone it tells me that my account is disabled to the apple store and iTunes. Is there anyway I can get it so then I can update my apps.

If your account is disabled in iTunes you will need to contact apple to be able to unlock it.
