It appears that the Clock widget you've added to the Home screen of your iPhone is slightly off the correct time, and we're glad to help with this.
Use widgets on your iPhone and iPod touch - Apple Support -- First, see if removing the widget and re-adding it again corrects the time. You'll find how to remove under "Remove widgets" a bit lower in this article. If the time is still not correct, tap and hold the widget and select "Edit Widget" from the menu. Select a different city, then tap anywhere on your display. After completing, edit the widget again. Search for the closest major city in your time zone and select it. See if the Clock Widget is correct.
