While trying to update WatchOS to my 3 series, due to space as suggested from the support documentation, i unpaired to remove data. Now when restoring from back up getting error:
Restore Failed : Failed to restore with error:Error Domain=NBErrorDomain Code=0"Null"
unable to pair my watch :(

I also had the issue when trying to go from 7.0 to 7.1. But all I had to do is unpair then repair watch and phone and it installed.

One showstopper while restarting Apple watch was, I was not able to Shutdown by swiping or tapping power off option. So, I had to force restart by pressing crown and button together for ten seconds.
