Cannot signout to my AppleID

Halo.. I've bought a new iPhone 11 2 months ago. I created an AppleID, and signin to my AppleID into my iPhone. But it showed me this in my identity info in Settings. Is this expected that I cannot signout from my AppleID?

Have you checked Settings/Screen Time for any restrictions?


Try a restart.


Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch         


Try a forced restart.


Reset Device.      


If necessary


Hard reset.        


Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.


Restore to Factory setting.      


Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.
