Can I purchase through Education Store in other country?

Is it compulsory that a student can purchase product from education store his or her own country.As I am a Student in India and want to purchase iPad Pro in USA, because it is much cheaper their than my country. So can I purchase it through Education Store in USA while a student of India?

No. You must purchase in your country.
