What happened to the reset advertising identifier, in iOS 14 I cannot see the option.
I see the added feature to allow apps not to track but that is not strictly enforced is it?

That's not the advertising identifier. IDFA is a thing of the past once you update your software . . . seems like Apple will have your information but no one else can use it!
Look, I’m trying to read a WEBTOON, but I can’t without watching an ad. When I try to watch the ad it says I need to reset my advertising identifier. I have IOS 14 and it’s not giving me the option to reset my advertising identifier. I’m addicted to this story and need to know as quickly as possible if there’s a solution to this.
Go to the settings app and swipe down to search. Search: “identifier” or “reset identifier”. You’ll see the Reset Identifier for news, stocks, books and podcasts. Click on one or each of these options and you’ll get a toggle to reset next time you open that app.
