Thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities! It seems you'd like to increase the sound from Mickey Mouse when speaking the time on your Apple Watch.

Mickey's volume isn't adjustable. If the sound is quieter than expected, test the behavior after deleting and adding the Mickey Mouse watch face:
