Apple Intelligence is now available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac!
Since I updated safari to version 14.0 today, i cannot play mp3 music from a website. It just tells me to change browser in order to play. It worked fine before the update. Is this a temporary glitch?

It looks like you may be running beta software... and if so, it is expected to have bugs.
We are not supposed to discuss beta software, as per the rules of this forum.
You should use the proper feedback channel to report issues.
If I misunderstood, please clarify. [As I am writing I have no indication of Safari 14 being released, but updates sometimes take a while to appear to everyone]

it still does not solve my problem. Perhaps others will come across the same problem when they get around to updating.......
I wish Apple would reply with either solution or reason for the fault. I like Safari, and do not wish to use Chrome or other!!!
I just updated to Safari 14.
No trouble here playing several of the songs in jazzradio.com. I am listening to Dave MacKenna right now...
Can you tell us exactly what happens when you try to play one of the songs?
Or tell us of a song specifically that you tried that gives an error?
I get a message at the top that says “oops, your browser does not appear to support mp3. Please use another browser and try again.” Also just above the mark to click to play, it says “stopped”.
Maybe I could re-install catalina and see if it corrects. It must be me, as you guys can hear the music ok.
I will try again tomorrow with re-boot, and report just in case it helps others.
Hey guys! Guess what? I have just closed down my pc and restarted and went straight to Jazzradio.com AND IT WORKS FINE!!
Now I am a happy bunny once more. The website gets heavily used by me, especially cocktail jazz.

FWIW, Safari 14 was released for Catalina and Mojave yesterday.

You're welcome. Which site are you using? I don't know any mp3 sites off the top of my head.
I am using Jazzradio.com. I just love jazz piano!! Haven’t bothered to try any other websites for music. Youtube works fine, but I don’t know if it uses mp3 for music....
By the way, on my ipad pro, with ios14 installed, it works just fine. Also is ok on my iphone XS
