Who is charging you. Apple doesn’t charge for phones. Did you send one to Apple for a repair?


Where do you see the charge? If it is on your credit card or bank statement see this—>If you see "apple.com/bill" or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support


If it doesn’t appear on a statement but it shows in an email it is probably a scam. See—>Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
