battery draining after os7 update

Anyone know how to fix the problem I’m having? Since updating to watch os7 my battery has been draining very quickly, I’m getting around 8-9 hours of very little use

After watchOS updates, your battery will deplete a bit faster while background operations go on. It should return to normal within 48-72 hours after installing the update.
