I don't think Best Buy sells websites, website hosting, or SSL Certificates.
I think your problem is not with your websites not being secure. I don't think you have any websites after reviewing your answers. I think you may not using https in your links to websites.

Did you purchase a certificate for your sites? When you own a site you need to secure the site with a certificate installed on the server.
Or are you asking something else? Provide more detail about what your issue is.

If you are finding many websites you visit are reporting not secure, the most frequent issue is time is off by more than five minutes.
You can not make a guaranteed secure connection unless your computer time is within five minutes of Internet time, and the Time Zone is correct as well.
