When will HomePod 14.1 update be available?

I updated my iPad, Apple TVs and iPhone to iOS, iPadOS and tvOS 14.1 yesterday ... yay! When will the 14.1 update to HomePod be available? At WWDC earlier this summer, there was talk of enhancements coming this fall to allow 3rd Party Music Streaming service capabilities, etc.
