Files Folder on iPhone 6

How can I delete files that I don't want in the Files folder on my iPhone 6s. For that matter, I'd like to download the Documents and Files apps. I've tried to download them from the App Store, but they always download with the files in them that I don't want. I'd like to download them both with only the original files.
