"Report a Problem Decision Update" Email Does Not Tell You Where to Find Status Update!

This is the most useless email I've ever received from Apple. It tells me that there has been an update on my refund request. Not only does the email NOT tell me what the update is, but it doesn't even provide me with a link to figure out where to check the status of my claims!

The email says "After logging in, click "Check Status of Claims" near the top of the page. ....Log in WHERE? When I just log into regular Apple.com I don't see anywhere that tells me I can check status of claims. It is also incredibly hard for someone with accessibility issues to figure out where the heck to go to see the status update.

I had to find an old question asked in these Apple communities, to see an Apple specialist had replied and said you specifically have to go to the url "reportaproblem.apple.com". Um, how is anybody supposed to know that when you don't specify that in the email? What kind of company doesn't provide a link to a status update? Let alone you don't even say what the update is in the email? This is 2020 and this email looks like it's written from the most unprofessional company ever.

Thanks for constantly making things more complicated and confusing for us, Apple! Literally just say where we can ACTUALLY find claim status updates next time. It took me 15 minutes to find it.
