Dispute over receipt received today 9/17/20 via email that I did not purchase.

I received today, 9/17/20 via email a receipt for a purchase of which I did not make. It shows the date of 9/16/2020 and Order number 196023977731 for a total of $95.99 and it says it is for a one month subscription to Talkatone Virtual Phone Number in-App Purchase on iTunes .

I did not purchase this item. I do not even know what it is.

I do not see that a charge has been made for this item. Could you please check this out and let me know your findings. I do not want this item at all. Please give assurance that this is a bogus entry and is not a good order. If you find that it has been made, please cancel this item.

Please let me hear from you concerning this very important matter.

If the only indication of the charges is from an email or text, be aware that it may be a phishing attempt to get you to log in to a site that appears to be Apple and divulge your password or credit card information. See: Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support

and Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

If it is a real charge, see the following instructions. They include information on contacting Apple Support if the other steps don't help: If you see "apple.com/bill" or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support
