Help please!!

Hi, I just moved my notes and weather from the home screen into the app library, but now I want them back regularly on my home screen and even after searching for an answer I can't figure it out. I don't want them as widgets. Please help me find these apps. I keep reading that I need to find them in the app library but then there's no option to move them BACK to the home screen.
