iOS 13 Renaming Audio Option Names - iMac has "(2)" appended to its menu item

When I make a phone call from my iPhone 11 Pro Max, I have several options to choose from on my iPhone - here's what the menu looks like:

Speaker
Wireless Headphones
My MacBook Air
My iMac (2)

For some reason, my iPhone has appended "(2)" to the iMac menu option. This has no effect on functionality, but it's annoying to my detail oriented mind, and I'd like to rename it. I can't find any options for this, so suspect it's buried somewhere. Any advice for how to edit or overwrite this?

Hi all,

I figured this one out. I needed to rename the iMac to something else (iMac Desktop) and then rename it back to what I wanted "Sean's iMac". This cleared out the '(2)' on the name. All good now!

Hi i_rina!

Thanks for your reply; unfortunately, these suggestions didn't solve my problem. I did check and can confirm my iMac is named the way I'd like it, and the name shows up properly in the Bluetooth menus on both my iMac and iPhone. It's only on my iPhone audio options menu in this particular menu that this shows up. See the attached (probably too large) image:
