I have never bought an iWatch. I am looking to purchase one but there are so many kinds. At least the prices vary and by a lot. Why are some so expensive and others are not? Is it just the size and type of band it comes with?

It is the type of material used in the case (aluminum is cheaper, Stainless Steal and Titanium cost more), the type of crystal (sapphire is more expensive), whether it has cellular capabilities and the type of band.
