Old work Apple ID, password does not work

My iPhone XR in settings -Update Apple ID Settings says some account services require you to sign in again. The Apple ID is from my old work/work phone which I believe the company has disabled as my password is no longer working. It’s asking to enter the two factor verification but I don’t have the phone. How do I fix this?

See if you can reset the password. Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.
