This is not an Apple issue. This is an ongoing issue with Snapchat. Apple has no ownership over the Snapchat app. You should let Snapchat know they need to fix their app.

It sounds like you are seeing blurry pictures in Snapchat. Are you trying to take pictures within Snapchat or are you taking pictures with the native Camera app and sharing them with Snapchat? Are you seeing blurry images in Photos or any other app?
If the camera or flash on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch isn't working
Do you have iCloud Photos enabled and your images optimized on your iPhone? If that is the case, photos will appear blurry until they have been downloaded to the device.
Check to see if Snapchat has been approved to use the Camera in Settings > Privacy > Camera.
Your profile indicates you are running iOS 13 on your iPhone XR. Please update your iPhone to iOS 14 and restart it to refresh the settings and internet connection.
Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
