I unable to update beta iOS 14 to release version iOS 14, when agree to terms and conditions pop up, it’s not closing and not going next step.
I don't know what iPad you have, but if you reset the iPad and try again it may help. If you have an iPad with a home button, press and hold the home button and power button till you see the Apple Logo and then release when you see it. If you have no home button, press volume up, volume down, then press and hold the power button till you see the Apple Logo and then release the power button. See if that works
