There has to be a way to download a free app without having a credit card on file. The only card I own is a normal debit/checking account, yet for some reason apple really doesn't like the card. Even after getting a new card. I've never been able to get either card to verify. It is a legitimate card that works literally everywhere, even in apple pay, except here. And i'm not even trying to purchase anything.

If there really isn't a solution to this that doesn't involve me having to open a new bank account, I'll definitely be switching back to android. Something this simple as downloading a free app should not be made impossible for you.
