I tried updating few apps...it’s not getting updated so I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall it ..but I cannot install or update any app...I tried all the solutions available online...like restarting device...logout and login of Apple ID nd appstore, and changing wifi and mobile networks...nothing helped

Just google the apps which you are not sure (which are present in your phone ) if they belong to the software security hindering apps or vpn apps...i had ookla speed test app which also provides vpn...deleting it solved my problem...if this doesn’t solve your problem try contacting apple technical team ...they helped me out pretty finely.
Yeah...try uninstalling all the vpn apps and other apps which involve in hindering the security of device...then restart the device, this solved my problem. hope this helps you👍🏻
So frustrating!!! I’m having the same issue. Tried all the things you did and nothing worked. I wait WEEKS to download the updates to avoid bugs like this! Did anything work?
I’m not quite sure what those might be? I don’t have a ton of apps but that’s still probably a decent list?
Thank you! I didn’t change anything, tried downloading the app again (probably the 15th time since Friday) and it worked. No clue what caused it but thankfully it’s resolved!
