Error 9039 message

I've recently switched from Spotify to Apple Music and I'm trying to add songs to my library. Some have added without issue but as I went on I continually got error message 9039 and 9086 when I tried to add an album or song to my library. I have read some other support forums and have tried restarting and logging out of my account and it has not worked.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.15
