Wifi works only after diagnostic is ran

My Macbook Air wifi started acting weird latelly. No wifi networks are detected unless i run first wireless diagnostic tool ?

Any hints ?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.15

So i have fixed this issue by deleting all cached WIFI networks.
