When being asked by Zoom, etc., to add dates to my calendar, I'm unable to add to both (my work is outlook on my phone is ical. Is there a way to sync the two accounts so I'm adding a calendar date for both calendars?

We understand that you have to add an event to each calendar on your iPhone, and this what we would expect to see. When using more than one calendar account, you'll need to add events to each one individually. For further questions about using your Outlook account, contact Outlook Support.
