Trying to download iTunes for Mackoob pro 2020

I was trying to download iTunes from the website for My new MacBook Pro 2020, but I have seen below massages on the download preparation options. I am a new user for Mac and don't know how to fix this issue honestly. If you can provide me with direct link for the type for my device directly because I was trying to download the right version for iTunes for mine, but it did not work out.
