Region locked error on songs loaded from CD’s

So, growing up I always used the iTunes on my parents’ computer, and I’ve been living on my own for 6 years. I clipped a song to use as a ringtone on my pc and lost everything else on my phone. I’ve already taken the trip 2 hours away to use their PC to get all my music back, but now the Music app is telling me that 7 out of every 10 songs that we loaded from a massive CD collection can’t be played because of a region error. Without traveling another 2 hours away and back to fuss with their computer again, is there a way to fix Apple’s nonsense error? I’ll say right now I’m not buying everything over again on iTunes, and I’m not paying money for some subscription on an app just to get Ad free music, especially when I can’t use voice control in my car to load while I’m driving.
