Before I updated to IOS 13 I could browse plays lists, select songs on the infotainment system. Updated to iOS iOS 13 and then these options were greyed out. Updated to iOS 14 to see if it made any difference. It didn’t. How to do get these functions working again? Is it an apple issue? Do Jaguar have a fix. the iOS update made the difference.

thanks for the reply and the links. I’m not using CarPlay (unfortunately)- it’s Jaguar’s own infotainment system. CarPlay unavailable on this model. I’ve read others having the same issue. Just wondering what happened with the iPhone update and the firmware on the car’s system.
