Adding Notes to Health App.

In the past I have added my own info (vaccination dates, etc ) to the Health App under a screen that I think said "notes" .. but I can't find it now. Help.

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. You've come to the right place for help editing information in the Health app.

It sounds like you may have linked your health records:

View health records on your iPhone or iPod touch - Apple Support

Institutions that support health records on iPhone and iPod touch - Apple Support

Or, you were adding information manually to your Medical ID:

Set up your Medical ID in the Health app on your iPhone - Apple Support

Medical ID !! that's exactly where I had put it. I searched all thru that Health App and couldn't find it. thank you so much. Now I just have to remember that's where it is ! :-)
