Your battery is almost dead in your photo. Are you sure that your charger and Lightning cord are healthy? When you plug the phone in to charge, do you see the lightning bolt light up in the center of the battery icon?

Connect to power overnight means charging your phone for whole night ..and turn on wifi and connect to WiFi also..the device will automatically scanning..

Ive been chatting with apple assistant..she told to charge the phone overnight and connect to wifi..but I didn’t do it yet coz I don’t have wifi to connect 😅😅

As noted in this thread, you plug your phone as you do to charge it and don’t remove the cable until the morning.

You seem to be confused as to what charging does.

When you plug your phone into a charger it charges your battery. It has nothing to do with syncing your photos or scanning.

If your are having issues with syncing your photos or scanning, please describe exactly what you are trying to do.

By doing just that. Plug it into its charger and a wall socket to charge overnight.

i.e when you go to bed, plug it in and let it charge.

Exactly what doesn't work? Have you visited a friend or relative (or store) who has an iPhone with a known good working charger and Lightning cord? When you plugged that person's cord into your iPhone did a lightning bolt symbol come up on your battery icon or not?
