Are my pictures lost if phone is disabled

If you've synced your photos with iCloud or been backing up your iPhone either to iCloud or your computer, you can restore your photos after you erase your phone. If you haven't backed up your phone or synced your photos with the cloud, you will lose them in the restore process.

Unless you backed them up, they will be lost when you reset the disabled phone. Check this link for instructions...

You cannot - if that iPhone is the only place the photos are housed.
