Apple watch is not working, When i click any of the option in the screen it is frozen. it is happening with iOS 14

Hi there,
I experienced the same issue for about three days! I would recommend following these steps to get back on track:
- Restart each device
- If that fails, reset your Apple Watch to factory settings and re-pair.
- If that fails, it's time to restore your iPhone.
Step three was required for me. Let me know how it goes!
